Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AlwaysLeads ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. AlwaysLeads is a product of Blueprint Consulting AI, operated by Patterson Financial Solutions ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

AlwaysLeads is an AI-powered lead generation and outreach platform that uses artificial intelligence agents to find prospects, score leads, write personalized emails, and manage follow-up sequences. The Service connects to third-party APIs including Apollo.io for contact data, Anthropic Claude for AI processing, and your email provider (Outlook OAuth or any SMTP provider) for sending outreach.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with limited usage (100 prospect searches, 20 CRM leads, 1 campaign). No credit card is required for the trial. When your trial expires, your campaigns will pause and you will need to select a paid plan to continue. All data created during the trial is preserved.

5. Paid Plans & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are:

• Starter: $49/month
• Growth: $149/month
• Pro: $349/month

Each plan includes specific monthly limits for prospect searches, CRM leads, and active campaigns. Usage limits reset on the 1st of each month. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Violate any applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or abuse any person
• Scrape or bulk-export data from the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Email Sending

Outreach emails are sent from your own connected email account (Outlook via OAuth or any SMTP provider). You are responsible for the content of emails sent through the Service, including AI-generated content. You should review all email drafts before sending. AlwaysLeads is not responsible for deliverability issues, spam complaints, or email account suspensions resulting from your outreach activity.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate email content, lead scores, and qualification analysis. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is sent to prospects. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated lead scores or qualifications.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data only to provide the Service. Lead data sourced from Apollo.io is subject to Apollo's terms of service and data usage policies.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party providers (Supabase, Apollo.io, Anthropic, Stripe, Google, Microsoft) and may be affected by their availability. We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by third-party service failures.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlwaysLeads and Patterson Financial Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted. Active subscriptions will not be refunded for the remaining billing period unless required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AlwaysLeads, Patterson Financial Solutions, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) emails sent through the Service on your behalf; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (e) any claim by a third party related to your outreach activity.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose; (c) lead data from third-party sources will be accurate or current; (d) emails sent through the Service will be delivered or avoid spam filters; or (e) the Service will generate any specific business results.

16. Compliance Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CCPA, CASL, and any other anti-spam or data protection laws in your jurisdiction. AlwaysLeads provides tools — you are responsible for how you use them. We recommend consulting with a legal professional regarding your specific compliance obligations.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Charlotte, North Carolina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against AlwaysLeads or Patterson Financial Solutions.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
